Darren Shepherd
Acoustic Rock, Folk, and Country
Darren Shepherd hails from the small town of Wytheville, Virginia, and has been playing shows along the east coast for most of his life. He began playing at the age of twelve and is a self-taught musician, playing several instruments. He formed the punk band 2 Minute Warning in early 2001 and then went on to lead the metal band Suddenly Silence. Darren also played guitar in the metal band, Seronova, who went on hiatus in 2026. Darren's love for acoustic music contrasts with his love for heavy music. His live performances incorporate audience interaction and a mix of songs ranging from '70s rock to '90s country to punk rock and alternative songs. Darren also plays acoustic originals that he has written over the years as well.
